This book pulls you in with all the great personal stories mixed in with how to apply Ms. Johnson's advice in your own life. I would tell myself that I would just read one more chapter and then put the book down for a while, but that didn't happen. Three or four chapters later, I would still be reading and soaking it all up. Very inspirational and look forward to sharing with friends --- both athletes and non-athletes.
